I currently have an Epson projector that is just sitting there doing nothing ( Does not have HDMI) and in the market for something new to game on. I was thinking of staying with Epson again (See link) but wanted to know if any others have used something else?
I was thinking this, but there is also a sony that might be worth it,.
Gaming on a 130’ screen is awesome, but when playing a fastpace game it tends to get motion blur, i assume that having a projector that runs at 120hz, or 240hz will solve that problem. Any ideas?

My friends parents have a huge house with a small theater room. They host parties during the eurocup and world cup, we play FIFA on the projectory and it seems to work just fine. no lag, no blur… dunno what kinda he uses tho.

Let me look at some options. Refresh is an issue as well as brightness if you don’t have a controlled room. I’ll check a few out and let you know. Not sure what the deal is with projectors are when used for gaming.
I use a Benq and have also used sony and also a jvc. Of all of them I think the benq is amazing. I project on a110" screen and the picture is excellent. I also always look at lamp life and lamp cost. When I purchased the benq I found the lamps to be pretty affordable. I’ve never had any lag or refresh issue. I do have a completely light controlled dedicated room. I have a completely dark room or some lights and the picture is fine. Obviously the projector is important for your image quality, but also the surface that it’s projected on to.
