Eight months ago , I bought an "open box " TV which blew up the first time I turned on . The local store would not replace the TV because it was a closeout deal ( hence : open box ) but did send off to Samsung to repair . This was eight months ago . I bought a cheap 26in TV from a pawn shop so I play on the Xbox One ( I have been going blind playing on the small screen ) and have been waiting on Samsung to fix the new TV all this time ( which they couldn’t ??? ) . I e-mailed Best Buy complaint department several times , made comments on Facebook and went by local store once a month to complain . I got a phone call from the local store today to come by the store . Best Buy gave me a brand new Samsung 40in. Smart TV which is a even better model then what I had originally bought . At last happiness is achieved . Want be buying from Best Buy ever again . Even though new TV has a really great picture .

We had a problem with a TV there one time. They didn’t want to cover under warranty because we used it in a commercial setting. We contacted the president, sent him a letter, and photo of the broken TV on the wall in our bar with a sign on it stating where we bought it and our situation. We also told him we were contacting as many news outlets as possible. In the next week we got a gift card for $2000 to buy a new tv.
