Been silent for a while, but I have it preordered on PS4! That being said, is there going to be an official “clan” for PS4 for the advertised guided games and clan rewards?

Yes there will be. We have a PS4 Clan now called GrimReaper Gamers. (Grim and Reapers being one word). We’re trying to figure out how to turn it into a “Destiny 2” clan. It’s a big confusing since we have a Group and 2 Clans under that group.
