Same! I’ve been much more liberal this time around. And, it’s not as hot as it seems at first taste.
Used some on ribs recently. Then on a pork bbq pizza this past weekend.
What type of Pizza oven are you using?

That BBQ Pork pizza looks delicious. Both sauces lend themselves to glazing based of the high sugar content.
