Straight after Microsoft’s Inside Xbox stream which focused on Gears 5’s Horde mode, we were treated to the Gears 5 campaign trailer courtesy of Gamescom: Opening Night Live’s broadcast.
Rod Fergusson, studio head from The Coalition, took to the stage to announce that the game is a two-sided story — The first part of the plot focuses on the war raging on the planet Sera. The other part of the story centres on Kait herself and her connection with the Locusts.
Gears 5 comes to Xbox One September 10th, but if you’re an Xbox Game Pass Ultimatesubscriber, you can play four days early on September 6th.
