Mafia III Release Date Announced [UPDATE]

If you’re one of the gamers looking forward to the release of Mafia III, you won’t have to wait long. 2K Games announced that the game will release October 7th and also revealed the pre-order bonus and special editions of the game.

The Deluxe Edition contains the game and the season pass, while the Special Edition will includes those items plus the original soundtrack on vinyl, an art book and various art
prints. Everyone who pre-orders Mafia III will receive the Family Kick-Back pack, containing three exclusive lieutenant-themed weapons and vehicles.

I’ll say it again: Mafia III will release on Xbox One October 7th. You can already pre-load the game from the Xbox Live Marketplace.

Been excited since they announced it at e3 last year…Mafia 2 was great, but it didn’t have a lot of filler missions and side quests. So I’ll keep a look out on what is to come if this title

I have watched the new trailer, and a gameplay video showing off 12 minutes. Game looks pretty good. GTA-esque with a Lurzheeana feel. I’m all in. I booted up my copy of Mafia 2 on the PS3 to finally finish that since Vito will be in the game (and maybe have a DLC side story). Don’t know if it will have an online component, but still very excited for this game!
