Treyarch is expanding the scorestreak arsenal in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War with Season One.
The studio’s lead gameplay designer has shared a message on Twitter revealing that ‘new’ Scorestreaks are coming to Black Ops Cold War in Season One.
Season One will begin December 16, after being delayed from its initial December 10 release date. The update will bring new maps, Operators, weapons, and more to the MP mode of Black Ops Cold War.

`Cold War guns and Attachments in Warzone? Oh yes. The best of both worlds come together in Season 1, with cross-game progression to boot. Expect new Weapons,

It’s not clear yet what the new Scorestreaks will be for Season One. Leaks prior to launch revealed a list of scorestreaks in Black Ops Cold War, but some never made it to the game.
Here’s the list of streaks, that were leaked prior to launch, that are not live in Black Ops Cold War yet:
- Flamethrower
- Death Machine
- Hand Canon
- Strafe Run
- H.A.R.P.
We could see one of these streaks being added to the title with Season One. Or it could be a completely new set of streaks.
Treyarch did not confirm how many new streaks will be added each Season with the game. This will be one of the first times we’re getting scorestreak additions in a Black Ops game post launch.
Season One begins on Wednesday, December 16 and feature the Warzone integration with the title. Information on the content included with Season One will be announced leading up to the launch date.
