New Trailers For Final Fantasy X/X-2 & XII Revealed, Pre-Orders Now Live

In years gone by, fans of the Final Fantasy series have been burdened by the sporadic availability of its back catalog on Xbox, with many of its older titles historically tied to PlayStation console exclusivity. However, following the recent news that Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster and Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age will finally be coming to Xbox One this April, Square Enix has decided to release a brand new set of trailers commemorating their upcoming release.

In addition to these new trailers, both Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster and Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age are now available for digital pre-order at a price point of US$49.99, GB£44.99 (or regional equivalent). Gematsu has also confirmed that there will be a limited run of physical prints for Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age with new, reversible artwork, although it is not clear through which outlet(s) these physical copies will be available from at this time.

Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age takes up considerably more space at 26GB. The Zodiac Age remaster features updated graphics and an overhauled soundtrack featuring live performances compared to the original 12th entry.

Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster will be available on the Xbox One from April 16th, with Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age due out two weeks later on April 30th.
