Next COD Will Be Shown at E3 - Shocker there...

It IS shocking that Activision will not have a booth at E3.

Activision has teased that the publisher will be “showcasing gameplay from Infinity Ward’s ambitious new game,” during this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo.

In a post on the company’s official blog, Activision stated it will be working with Sony to showcase the gameplay footage because the publisher will not be present on the show floor.

“In June, we’re going to be at E3 showcasing gameplay from Infinity Ward’s ambitious new game. We’re looking forward to sharing exciting new details about the next great Call of Duty game in partnership with our friends at PlayStation. We’re proud to be participating in this premier video game event, but won’t have an Activision booth on the show floor.”

However, Activision is hosting the Call of Duty Championship this fall as the conclusion to the first season of the Call of Duty World League, along with a community event giving fans “insight and access to the world of Call of Duty.”

This news marks the second publisher to confirm it will not be in attendance at E3 2016

What a way to alinnate part of your customer base. It’s bad enough that the game itself has timed console exclusivity for DLC but they are gonna piss off every xbox fan boy out there.

Won’t matter though. Those same people will be sheep again and buy it anyway.

It was shown on Sony’s stage last year also wasnt it?

LOL Fuck if know. I don’t have enough brain capacity to keep up with that. If it did I am sure it did as I said above and they still bought it.

It was shown on Sony’s stage, but Activision had their own booth to display the game after the presentation, rather than sharing Sony’s booth.
