This is a hybrid Blue / Red 99k Regen Build, if you are playing solo that is. Otherwise you should get some good regen and damage boosts from kills by grabbing the Memento trophies. You want a high RPM SMG with Flatline and the Linked Laser Pointer from the Technician specialization for this build. The Vector .45 ACP SBR is your best choice. Will work decent with the Lady Death Exotic as well. I setup suggestions for the Secondary and Sidearm but your focus will be on the Primary weapon. This is a run n gun build that should allow you to get targets out of cover by blitzing their location.
Ongoing Directive Vile Bluescreen Bleed build.
Do you like League medals? With the current Micro League, one of the events is to Bleed enemies. This build will get you and your squad mates bleeding people like a medieval doctor with a jar of leeches! You will need the Vile exotic mask, Bluescreen exotic LMG, The Sacrifice named chest piece from Providence Defense, and 4 pieces of Ongoing Directive with Weapon Damage and Status Effect rolled onto them. Repair Skill mods on the mask, chest and backpack. Equip the Fixer drone and the Reinforcer chem launcher to get some heals.
