Holy shit this game is tough. I can punch and well, that’s about it! I have practically no idea what else I can do. Doesn’t help that the installation is 43gb and takes forever. I could only get simple matches and a very select few toons.
The worst thing about it is trying to perfectly time the fucking reversals.
I can kick the shit out of anyone, but as soon as they start to hit me they kick the shit out of me because of the stupid reversals.
other then that it’s fun though.
The reversal timing is garbage. You can’t hit it when the indicator shows up, you still have to wait on cues from your opponent. There’s no window for error either.
Practice, practice, practice. It’s not that hard for me anymore.

What I don’t have in reversal abilities, I make up for in dirty tactics.
just tried my first match in career mode. got stomped. controls have a bit of a learning curve and fuck those reversals. you gotta know when the move is coming. if you see the button its too late.

Half the time, it tells me I’m too early if I hit it when I see the button.
It’s all about timing. You have to hit it as soon as it pops up. Tenth of a second late and nope.
That’s what I thought too, but I’ve also had “Too Early” pop up when I hit it when the icon shows up.
The controls definitely have a learning curve. I’ve only played a couple of matches and get destroyed. Good to know i’m not the only one.
I vote that we make it a Royal Rumble and all gang up on @D1G1TALC1PHERS first, then that will level the playing field.
Wish we could. 6 man is the max for multiplayer.

Due to having 12 people we will have some first round byes. I drew those names first then the matchups. We have Farmer as a backup if we have a no show.

Looks like Ricky steamboat is locked. I will take Jerhico if I can’t get it. How do you play some of these matches? Is it the universe?
Universe is basically like a GM mode in other sports games. You can play, sim, and/or edit every match. You can modify championships and belts also.
