I would recommend Fallout 76, Overcooked (1 and 2) and Fortnite: Save The World.
Only Overcooked is split screen, others require 2 consoles.
Can’t remember if you guys have 2?

I’d second Fallout 76. Any of the Battle Royale games - Fortnite, H1Z1, Blackout (COD BOps 4) are good running duos. Destiny 2, ESO, any fighting game, Ghost Recon Wildlands and the Far Cry series offer coop too.
Yes, Destiny 1/2 and Ghost Recon Wildlands also recommended.
Perhaps The Divison too.

I have played all of the above and can recommend them.
Also Minecraft, if you’ve never played it, is awesome fun and pretty easy to pick up.

I would second Borderlands Collection as its split screen. Also there are the top down Lara Croft games (Curse of Osirus?) which require teamwork. Any of the Lego games if you are in to that sort of thing

Lovers in a dangerous spacetime. Great coop game that requires everyone to do their part. And it’s cheap
