According to the product description on the Mad Catz store, the L.Y.N.X. certainly comes with a lot of parts. There’s the foldable chassis made up of three separate pieces, a QWERTY keyboard, mounts for your smartphone and tablet, a travel pouch, and Mad Catz PlayBig cables so you can display mobile games on a TV.
The L.Y.N.X. controller also has its own companion app, which provides tutorial videos, adjustable settings and profiles, and a list of games compatible with the peripheral. According to the product page, a single charge on its rechargeable battery can last up to 30 hours. Source
