Discord chat is open to all XBox gamers now. Looks like we’ll have to set up some Discord voice chat rooms.
I’ve set up a few rooms to get the ball rolling. Destiny, CoD and Fortnite for now. Let me know what else we need.

I don’t really notice a sound quality difference. There should be as our Discord server voice rooms are set for 256kbps.
This will be nice though as it will make communicating in cross play games easier.
