Four years ago developer Mojang introduced Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition to the Xbox. The building simulation has seen regular updates since that time including release to the Xbox One.
To celebrate the fourth birthday, a new birthday skin is available for both console versions. In addition to the new birthday pack, users are able to go back and download the three previous birthday skin packs at no charge if they had missed them.
Act now, as the skin packs will only be available May 9th thru May 16th.
I have it on the ps4. Usually hop in every once in a while to mess around and try and mop up trophies. I have yet to “finish” the game by going to the end and fighting the ender dragon. I’m always down to play as well on the ps4 side.
I find that in my circle of friends, one of us gets the urge to play MC every few months and setups up / rents a server and then a handful of people show up to play for a bit.
Inevitably we get bored and all drift away, then the server is gone and we’ve lost all our work.
We usually play Survival though, so the start can be some of the most fun.
Play it on PC, although I foolishly bought it on 360 and have barely touched that version.
Not many people use the console now to make it worth it…

I love Minecraft, yet, it’s been a long time since I really was into it. Had it for X360, then XB1. Played most when it first arrived on X360.
I also played a ton on th 360. If I get an urge to play I usually end up playing a lot. Ive never played on the PC but always wanted to with all the mods and stuff. Going to probably resist for a while since im going to try to stay with Ark some.

I think I have it for the XB1. Kids played it, I never have.
A server on the PC was fun where you would all be on building stuff in your area and shooting the shit, kind of like what people are doing with Ark.

I’m a cave-whore. I’ll start a new seed, cruise around for a bit. But once I find a nice cave, especially if it has decent mine shafts, I will literally spend 95% of my time there. I’ll start at like 8 PM, and before I know it it’s like 1 in the morning.
I normally play the PC version, the Windows 10 “Beta” version, or PS4.
Maybe @anon42851937 could set up a Minecraft server once he completes his Ark server. He’s only been hand crafting that server from corn for about 3 months. It’s going to rock when it’s finished, sometime 2017.

Make sure he puts extra coolant in the server or it’ll become a popcorn machine.

I’d probably jump onto play sometimes, thought I warn you, I have next to zero creativity.

I like to build square houses inside of caves.
I will admit to doing most of my building in creative mode.
I can vouch for what he says.

Ah fair. I’ve almost exclusively used creative. Seeems more rewarding to me, in the short-term at least.
Yeah I am not the norm as I prefer just creative mode where I then don’t have any imagination.
I’d only play to build a massive Peen hut.
Is it still a hut if its massive?
Or did hut refer to its rudimentary design…
If anyone wants help building a project, let me know
