It could just be a weird coincidence but during the maintenance window today, some people reported the below issue relating to the Bethesda site.
Some users were logging into the site to find they could see hundreds of support tickets from other users including their contact and card information.
The site itself went down earlier, I noticed when I was checking the server status during the maintenance window. I figured it might have been overloaded and didn’t think much of it.
