Set in the near future, Colony centers on a family headed up by Holloway and Callies who must make difficult decisions as they balance staying together while trying to survive. They live in L.A., which has been occupied by a force of outside intruders. While some people have chosen to collaborate with the authorities and benefit from the new order, others have rebelled and suffer the consequences.

Anyone else watching this show? I’m really digging it. It’s about life after an Alien invasion. Los Angeles is walled off and there is a whole new government hierarchy. Lots of things going on, from the wife and the resistance, the husband cop (trying to locate his son), Red Hat Homeland Security and the Alien collaborators. Plus it has Apollo Creed!

I hear you. The other issue is you never know if these shows will last. I’ll get sucked in only to have it get canceled.

This sounds cool. I’ve heard nothing about it until now. Sounds kind of original anyway, which makes me interested on that alone.

This is the problem I have with all new shows. I’ll wait till its on Netflix

Good show! I caught the first 3 episodes. Since I have cut the cord, those are the only ones I can watch unless someone has found a way around the “enter your provider” request.

oh yeah reviving a lost thread.

They got the first season on Netflix now so i binged it. (think its on Amazon now as well) I liked the show. I liked it enough that even Sarah Wayne Callies’s crazy eyes did not turn me away.

Season 3 just started and it’s off to a bang. This is a surprisingly good show. I didn’t expect much from it but I’ve enjoyed it so far.

Netflix has Season 1 & 2 and they’re worth a watch.

You know. I’ve watched this show from the beginning and just now realized that both of the main characters were also main characters on LOST.
Sheesh.

Did you not watch Lost? I’m not sure how you wouldn’t recognize Sawyer.

I did … i did… when it was on TV… almost a decade ago.
Haven’t watched it since. I did recognize the guy who plays “sawyer” from Lost… but the chick who plays his wife flew right over my head. Completely missed that till I saw that UnOb’s post.

I’ve been waiting for this one to come back…I have generally had low expectations and they were exceeded a couple of times…this was a treadmill watch for me…maybe this season will surprise me
