On Halo Waypoint they have the ability to customize your spartan now so its ready for launch.
You can get pretty granular with it to, along with the normal armor settings, you can even also do your visor.
Edit: I should mention that unfortunately, pretty much everything is locked until you play the game. So you cant save it but can play around with it.
