For the past few weeks, Dontnod Entertainment, the French studio behind Remember Me and Life Is Strange, have been releasing a series of developer diaries looking at their next game, vampire RPG Vampyr. With this most recent developer diary, the team not only talks about another specific aspect of the game, but also announces its release date to the world.
In past videos, we’ve heard about doctor-turned-vampire protagonist Jonathan Reid, the world of London in 1918, and the people that inhabit it. For this final episode in the four-part series, the team discusses Vampyr’s story and narrative, and attempting to have the gameplay feel like a natural extension of those.
You’ll be able to sink your teeth into Vampyr when it releases on June 5th.
