The new season of Game of Thrones is due to begin imminently. While this wouldn’t usually be of interest on a gaming website, the occasion has brought along a trio of free avatar items for players to download. The programme isn’t the only thing to get in the act, though, as Digital Extremes has announced a free avatar outfit for their MMO Warframe to celebrate the game’s sixth anniversary.
Players can download an Icy Viserion avatar accessory, as well as Jon Snow Armor and Daenerys full avatar outfits:
Meanwhile Warframe is offering a free Excalibur Dex Outfit until 2 p.m. ET on April 30th, so don’t wait too long to pick that one up. There’s also a free Excalibur Helmet on offer.
There are currently over 50 free avatar items on the Microsoft Store right now, including a Borderlands 3 Bandit Mask, Anthem Javelin Exosuits, a SHAZAM!
