No release date announced
Dynasty Warriors 9 will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in North America and Europe, Koei Tecmo announced today.
A release date for the game is still not known. Two new playable characters for the game have also been confirmed: Ma Chong, a brilliant tactician from the kingdom of Wei, and Zhou Cang from the kingdom of Shu.
The latest entry in developer Omega Force’s long-running action series is going open-world for the first time. This will allow players to choose between progressing through the main story or to simply explore China, from the Great Wall to the bamboo forests of Chengdu.
You’ll also be a part of various different battles, like simple scouting missions or the chance to sabotage enemy supply troops.
