Fallout 4 Gets First Official PC Patch, Coming to PS4 and Xbox One This Week

Number pad keys can now be used for remapping (PC)
Remapping Activate now works on Quick Container (PC)

General memory and stability improvements
Performance improvements inside the Corvega Assembly Plant
Optimizations to skinned decal rendering
Fixed issue with player becoming stuck in terminals
Fixed issue where equipped weapons become locked after completing Reunions
Fixed issue with “When Freedom Calls” where the quest would not complete
During “Confidence Man” fixed issue where player’s health would continuously regenerate
Fixed crash related to jumping into water and reloading saved games
Fixed issue where Launcher would not save God Rays Quality setting properly (PC)

I was having the “Player getting stuck at terminal” bug. Glad they got that fixed.

The only bug that irritates me, and not even that much, is when in 3rd person going to craft. When you step away from the bench, it sticks into 1st person mode and the controls get all wonky. This fixes itself normally, and it’s fine but it’s an annoyance more than anything.

It’ll be an ingame hotline that unlocks a new settlement to build a rehab facility and additional side missions to man, stock, and protect it. Lolz
