If there is one Xbox exclusive that tempts me to purchase an xbone, its Forza Horizon… I like that they added offroad… Hoping that they are Buildable/tunable and not just set vehicles that cant be modded.
new xbox S is $299… OR i could play this on PC… but i dunno the specs yet. in the end… console might be cheaper…
I always found the Horizon series to be too much of an Arcade style racer, and I usually stick to racing like Forza 4, but this actually looks pretty decent.
I’m the opposite. I find forza racing boring. Can tune these vehicles however I want, but there is only one thing to tune for… race the same tracks over and over.
I like being able to drive all over and discover stuff. Drift through traffic, launch my car in the air for stupid amounts of time.
That’s what I love rally games for. I really want to check out Dirt 3 Rally for that reason, but now that this was announced, I may pick it up instead. Forza itself was a lot of fun. Forza 4 was fun because of Top Gears influence and prescence in the game. I picked up Forza 6 and it’s been one of my regrettable purchases for Xbox. Next to The Division.
The Playseat Car Pack is included in the $30 Forza Horizon 3 Car Pass, while it will presumably be offered on its own as well, though pricing was not announced. Some of the previously released car packs have sold for between $5 and $10. Like other DLC cars, the seven new ones are playable in the snowy regions of the Blizzard Mountain expansion, which came out at the end of 2016.
