Hey guys! Just tryna get some feedback/personal opinions. Fusion rifles are honestly my favorite power weapon. Can’t decide what i like though, high impact and long charge time or lower impact with a shorter charge time. What’s your preference and why?
P.S the linear ones are O.K but they’re my least favorite archetype.
Rarely use them.
Mostly use Rocket Launchers these days, though I do need to vary that.
I love Sniper Rifles but hate having them in the Power slot, seems a waste.
Totally agree about the sniper rifles. Curtain call id the only launcher i will even consider. How do you feel about all launchers only having 1 in the chamber this go around?
I was hoping that I just hadn’t found any RLs that had more than 1.

Reload speed is a bit more important now.
Yeah conpared to RLs i just feel everything else does not have the damage output it should. Snipers feel way underpowered. However i just got “a single clap” and its probably the only sniper i will ever use.
Curtain call is just a beast in its own amd really the best weapon in slot for any situation. D2s version of the Ghorn.

There is definitely nothing close to 1000 Yard Stare this go round, which was my favorite sniper from D1
No there isn’t. A Single Clap is pretty solid but Destiny 2 isn’t about sniper rifles anymore. Which kills me as they are my favorite power weapon to use. They’re basically worthless in PvP and Iron Banner. No sniper lanes to really work with. I can and do use them but I think I’m going to swap it out for my Merciless (or some other Fusion).
I’m not a rocket launcher guy as I usually blow myself up with them. I also can’t use a shotgun. Just not my play style at all.
Tip for using a Rocket Launcher.
Shoot at things further away.
