There was a small bug in the code that caused all the gamertags on the forum profiles to be zero’d out. This only affected some users. Basically if you had to enter your login in credentials in the past week your gamertags where most likely zero’d out. It will look something like this.
Don’t worry, the information is not lost. I have corrected the bug in the code, but if your profile shows this you will need to log-out and re-login to re-sync with the main site.
This only affected some users so check your account.
