As The Coalition mentioned earlier this month, a special Horde event will be going live starting Friday. This one is called Heads Down and will pit players against 50 waves of Deadshots and Snipers.
Backing up the long-range fire of the Snipers will be Pouncers and Tri-Shot and Salvo DR-1s. The playlist only has one difficulty, which is Hardcore.

Unfortunately, this new event has not brought with it the double class experience or rewards of the popular Feral Horde Weekend, which is too bad since achievement hunters had been looking forward to another Horde event for this reason.
The Coalition did say on Twitter that they are “looking at running more earnable reward based events in the coming months” as well as " integrating these new Horde variants into the main Horde experience in the future." Since these events were only introduced recently and are still in their infant phases, be sure to give the developers your feedback about what types of events you’d like to see. This event will be live from Friday, March 31st until the next event is hosted at an undisclosed date next month.
