The game is set “many years aftr God of War 3

It’s a much more intimate and player-controlled experience.

The accessibility should be the same as previous game, but the gameplay is totally different.

It’s a big game, but it’s not an open world.

“More to come” on more characters that will be included in the game.

I’m glad they are going with the Norse mythology. But dammit Kratos’ story is done. I was hoping for a new protagonist that maybe just kinda looked like him in order to keep the brand identity.
I enjoyed the first two in the series, never played any after that. Norse mythology will be a nice new aspect to explore.
I was thinking an alternate version type thing. This is Kratos again but with different gods and story. Bearded Kratos is pretty badass tho
I was hoping for that as well. In an interview with the developers though, they said it was the Kratos from the original trilogy, it’s just been a good many years between this game and God of War 3.
