Guessing the Vanguard Warzone Meta???

So I’m trying to sort out what weapons from Call of Duty Vanguard will become part of the Warzone Meta. With 2XP I’m trying to get guns I think will work leveled up. Since I’m the META I’m sure I’m good. What do you guys think?

Handguns

There are six handguns available at Call of Duty: Vanguard’s launch. Only the Ratt is available at level 1.

There are four LMGs available at Call of Duty: Vanguard’s launch. Only the MG42 is available at level 1.

There are four launchers available at Call of Duty: Vanguard’s launch. The first to unlock is the M1 Bazooka at Level 11.

Melee weapons

There are only two melee weapons available at Call of Duty: Vanguard’s launch. The first to unlock is the FS Fighting Knife Secondary. The second, the Combat Shield, is equipped as a primary.

My thoughts are:

LMG with SMG
MG42 or DP27 with the M1928 (Tommy gun) or MP-40.

Personally, I love the DP27 and can see that possibly being a top gun. I feel it hits harder than the MG42. Both guns offer great mobility for being LMGs. I’m not a fan of the MP-40. I know it’s popular and I get killed with it all the time but for some reason I struggled with the gun. I enjoyed the M1928 (tommy gun) especially when I unlocked the 8mm drum mag, the gun is pretty powerful then.

Top ARs will probably be the STG and Automaton to start. I worry about their long range distance. So I see these as either aggressive ARs or back ups to sniper rifle loadouts. I really think the BAR might be interesting, especially with the .50 BRM ammo. The only issue with the BAR is the 20 round mag.

My wishlist guns are Marksman rifles being worth a damn. My favorite gun to use in the game is the G-43 with 30-06 ammo. It’s just so much fun and I hope I can make a loadout with this gun (or Garrand) viable for Warzone. MW Warzone really ignored the semi auto Marksman rifles and I hated that. I think the limitations on ammo really hurt those guns.

Just going by guns I have touched, or what I’ve heard others play with, here are my thoughts.

It depends on what you play. If you’re playing Warzone:

Mg42 and PPSH or
Automaton and PPSH

However, if you’re playing Vanguard Royale it’s muc h more wide open. I would just upgrade as many as you can and get into Royale with guns you’re comfy with and see how it goes.

While I like this gun with the giant drum mag I just don’t see it having the necessary distance needed to be a primary. At least in my mind.
