80s Action Heroes event rewards

For completing these challenges across Cold War and Warzone, you’ll unlock 20 unique rewards ranging from weapon Blueprints to calling cards.

Nakatomi Plaza is one of the most iconic buildings in cinema as it birthed Bruce Willis’ everyman hero John McClane, introduced the world to the late Alan Rickman as Hans Gruber, and played host to one of the definitive action films of all time.

But now Warzone players get to re-enact some of its best action as Nakatomi Plaza has landed in Verdansk ’84. It has cool side missions and secrets, and here’s a full guide on how to complete everything and unlock the Vault.

Nakatomi Plaza side missions in Warzone Season 3

One of Verdansk’s newest POIs has three different side missions for you to engage with, and you only need to do one of them to complete the overall objective.

Nevertheless, we will run you through all three of them and instruct you on how to complete Warzone’s new challenges.

Nakatomi Plaza side mission #1 – Arms Deal

Arms Deal’s probability of happening is sadly quite random and isn’t guaranteed to happen at all. What we do know is that if it triggers, it will be near the beginning of a game of Warzone, and if it activates, you’ll know because the ground floor of Nakatomi Plaza will be littered with terrorists – akin to the movie.

Simply eliminate all the enemies and you will earn a keycard to open the Vault.

Nakatomi Plaza side mission #2 – Disarm the C4

In the same way that Hans Gruber and his team rigged the roof of Nakatomi Plaza with C4, another random event can occur that will instruct you to disarm four C4 charges in the building.

You’ll need to locate and disarm all four C4 , and this will reward you with a keycard for the Nakatomi Plaza Vault.

Nakatomi Plaza side mission #3 – Unfinished Business

Unfinished Business is a lot less random but ups the difficulty because of its exclusivity. At the beginning of a game of Warzone, there will be three contracts littered around Nakatomi Plaza, and it’s basically a race to begin one.

They are essentially the usual Scavenger contract that requires you to open three boxes in quick succession . It’s quite easy to complete, it’s just getting one that’s the struggle. If you get one and manage to complete it, then once again, you’ll be rewarded with a Vault keycard.

On the 31st floor of the Nakatomi Plaza POI, you will find the sacred Vault that Hans Gruber’s team spent an entire night trying to get into.

As players have had to do previously with bunkers and acquiring yellow keycards, you will need to get yourself a shiny keycard.

Here’s the full process to unlock the Vault:

  1. Land in and around Nakatomi plaza
  2. Complete one of the three side missions
  3. Get your keycard
  4. Head to the 31st floor of the Nakatomi Plaza building
  5. Use the keycard on the computer located outside the Vault
  6. Hey presto, you are an exceptional thief and can stock up on thousands in cash and special items such as Killstreaks!
