idea... movie drinking game sometime?

So this something that might be fun or really lame that I’ve done with my viewers once or twice before. there’s a website called rabb.it where you can watch movies together from anywhere. the host pulls up a website on a browser within the webpage and controls the playback, everyone else signs in to that room and it’ll stream to them too. for the audience, it supports video, mic, or just text chat in a sidebar. Might be kind of cool to get a few people together and have a few beers with a movie drinking game of some sort? Just a thought.

That would be cool. Be careful what movie, though. I can say from experience the Blazing Saddles Drinking game is a rough one, even back when I was in my 20s. It would probably kill me today.

Young Frankenstein was always one of my favorites. Hilarious movie, and it’s only 5 rules but it gets you super fucked up.

  1. anytime someone says frankenstein
  2. anytime the monster speaks
  3. anytime gene wilder goes on an extended monologue
  4. anytime you hear violin
  5. anytime you hear thunder

That’s about as bad as the Blazing Saddles game. 3 rules:

  1. Drink for every racial slur.
  2. Drink for every time someone swears.
  3. Drink every time you see something that doesn’t fit in the time frame of the movie (Gucci saddle bag, Count Bassie Orchestra).

I was fucked up before Sheriff Bart even walked into his office in Rock Ridge for the first time.

I haven’t. I kinda gave up drinking games after that one, with the exception of the Brent Musberger drinking game during a football game once. Don’t remember how that turned out either.

haha I just like watching nostalgia movies when I drink. The muppets treasure island was one of my favorite movies as a young one, and it’s super fun to play a drinking game too. I’m the only one that ever wants to watch it though
