New trailer for Legion has announced the date of the first episode. Legion is a Marvel mutant with split personalities and each of them has their own special powers.

It is supposed to be based on the comic book character of the same name but who knows if they will have the same back story.
Yeah doubt they will go into that story line. But more like a revamped origin story.
Just watched the 1st episode. Very trippy. Not really sure wtf is going on and wtf is real. I’m not familiar with the comic character. All I know is he’s Professor X’s son and is an Omega level mutant (top tier in power).

Holy fucking weirdness. They need to start tying things together soon. Or at least spend a few minutes outside “dreamworld”. I’m not sure who’s real and who’s not (which I guess is the intention).
I need to catch up but yeah, cant tell whats real and whats in his head.

Just found out the Scientist guy on Legion was Mr Noodle. Those of us with kids that watched Sesame Street would know who this guy is. Elmo’s World ranks up their with Banana Phone torture for me.
Wife and I watch this show. Interesting for sure. Really trippy. Need to watch it stoned I think. LOL
I think it’s safe to say most of the people in the show are his personalities with the exception of Lenny, who’s a manifestation of his base personality’s inner monologue, and the Division 3 fuckers who are really torturing him. His “sister” is his protector personality he hides behind during his interrogation, and the trippy seasame street dude is also a projection of his psyche. Everyone else is a different personality, except those who die. Those are real people he’s killed.

I don’t think it’s MOJO. I agree with the nerdist conclusion that it’s the shadow King.

This is probably correct. Remember Legion is a villain, and while at times he’s well intentioned, most of the time his personalities are manifestations of his id, and his id is ugly.
Or the Shadow King.

WTF did I just watch. I feel like I need massive drugs to understand the last episode.
yeah they did not out right say it but based on the dialog between “lenny” (shadow King) and David its certainly the shadow king.
Lenny is hot. End of story.
And he just about said the Professor X is the daddy.
Could Professor X be in next season?
