Ok so here is a simple guide for the Leviathan Raid!
First it consist of a grand total of 5 stages, including the entrance and last boss.
- Castellum
- Royal Pools
- Pleasure Gardens
- The Gauntlet
- Emperor Calus
Castellum:
This room is just a very easy puzzle with 4 flag poles that have different symbols. Sun, Hound, Cup, Swords. Walking up to the first logo, Sun, starts the event and after this itll just keep on rolling. 4 Defenders stay up top defending the standards from npc’s trying to steal it and 2 hunt down the remaining standards. Easy. Cup is on the left, Hound on the middle, and Swords to the right. All these are obtainable after defeating the Standard Bearer.
Royal Pools:
This is fun times in one wet room. Here there are 4 pads around a big room with a 5th pad in the center of the arena. The objective here is to trigger the event by standing on all 5 platforms but here is where it gets tricky. You get a buff called Psionic Protection which saves you from getting hit from the damaging effect of the waters under you. Due to this timer, each side must consist of teams of 3, constantly rotating in order to avoid death by sewer water. Here youll get a barrage of ugly npc’s spawning right in front of you so itll be nice to pack something that hits hard. Here are some pictures I found on polygon.com that explain a little bit better how the rotation works. Keep in mind every rotation must be done immediately after a Ceremonial Bather has been killed. Middle helps kill a bather up top, top resets buff, top helps kill bather on bottom, bottom resets buff and goes up. Rinse and Repeat. If 2 people arent attacking 1 bather, rotation needs to be quicker.
Ok so after these fun times happen, everyone has to run to the center, drop every single buff you got (healing rift, barricade), and unload on the grape juice hanging from the chains. Supers recharge really quickly so that helps a bit. Once the buff is done, jump off the center and a Sol Councilor will appear. Smack him (and his reflections) and he’ll die.
Fun times dont end here…
You get to rinse and repeat the for about 2 to 3 times until you unlock the door. Yay…
Pleasure Gardens:
Location, location, location…
Kill everyone to start this event and youll see 2 large crystals. Here we turn this into a horror movie and all separate. Kidding… just 2 spotters and 4 roamers. Roamers grab the balls and spotters the crystals. The spotter will jump on the platforms with the crystals in hand and guide the roamers.
Now the goal here is to get power and kill the doggos but its not that easy. The spotters have to stand on the light while the roamers sneak around getting to the glowing spores (they glow purple).
Once the roamers are at the spore and spotters will shoot the spore with their glowing crystal and everyone gets a nice damage buff called Empowering Spores.
Gather as much power, spores, as possible before being seen or attacking the hounds. These buffs stack and the doggos are not nice. Once you have enough power kill all the hounds and you win.
REMINDER: ROCKET LAUNCHERS ARE VERY MUCH WELCOME HERE as well as movement increasing armor.
