Note: This editorial will contain some spoilers for the Mass Effect trilogy.
Meh, clickbait. Author is just pushing his skepticism because he does not know the whole plot before release, like what happens with most games.
Yeah he doesnāt really provide much to make me worried.
In fact, I quite enjoyed this snippet (removed a couple of segments with ellipsis to show my edits):
"
For a while now ā¦ indicated a March release, specifically March 21st ā¦ Iād heard those rumors and I simply couldnāt believe them, even going so far as to shoot them down on a recent episode of the TA podcast. March was certainly what EA and BioWare were aiming for, but it didnāt look at all like it would be a window they could hit ā not after weād seen almost nothing of the game this close to a supposed release date.
Itās nearly launch time and still we know very little. Deliberate move, or sign of trouble?Itās nearly launch time and still we know very little. Deliberate move, or sign of trouble?
In case you missed it, I was wrong. Mass Effect: Andromeda was just recently given its official release date. It is coming on March 21st.

They are also supposedly showing some info about the game tonight at 10pm pst. Hope itās a good chunk of gameplay since the game comes out 2 1/2 months. Also I agree with fry but I think this version is a bit more aptā¦
2 minutes of gameplay from CES.
hmm concerned about the performance issues in the article hope they fix that
This is the only game Iāve pre ordered in a long time. I donāt even feel dirty for doing it.
yes I will pick it up too
Thereās no doubt that Mass Effect: Andromeda is one of the most eagerly awaited releases of 2017. As March 21st inches ever closer, EA have launched an Official Gameplay Series, giving us the most in-depth look yet at the upcoming space adventure.
The video gives a detailed look at combat; specifically the weapons and skills available to our Pathfinder as they seek out a new home for humanity. We can expect 'fluid, fast-paced third person combat" with āamazing freedom of movementā, as well as a jump jet that allows the player to ājump, evade, and hover while fightingā. Players will have access to 4 different categories of guns and 3 different skill trees, however thankfully there are no class restrictions on the weapons you choose or the skills you develop.
Mass Effect: Andromeda will be released on Xbox One on March 21st.
Will there be lasers? I need lasers to really get interested.
nice. looks awesome
Iām impressed - gonna be a long year wait for the Scorpioā¦
I love the ME universe, they put so much effort into it.
Right up there with Star Wars for immersion (for me).
Looking forward to this.
Might even run through ME3 again.
Looks like good action. I hope the story & RPG aspect matches the action strength.
Graphics comparison Xbox S vs PS4 Pro vs PC
I added a poll to the OP for what system you are going to get it on.
I have decided to go xbox. orginially was leaning towards pc but they will have a pvp mode so thought i could get in game with more people on on the bone.
What are you going to play it on?
