So today was pork day. I got up at 5:30 and lit the grill and prepped the ribs.
One was pre seasoned and the other i put a blend of spices and Lowery’s seasoning. I used cherry wood for smoke and a cheery juice/water mix to keep the ribs moist. I let them cook for three hours.
Then I was ready to wrap them up in tin foil. I added butter, brown sugar, and honey to the ones i had season earlier.
I also put on the pork loin.
The after 2 hours I took them out and put them back on the grill without the foil.
then it was time to add sauce andget the finished product to rest
this was how it all ended up after the loin cooked for about an hour and the ribs for about 6
And if that wasn’t enough my buddy and I built some chairs!
After that i got an hour nap got ready for work and my car wont start…
