PlanetSide 2 PlayStation 4 Beta to Go Live in January 2015
Sony Online Entertainment President John Smedley confirmed today that a PlayStation 4 beta for PlanetSide 2 will go live either the week of January 13 or January 20.
"It (PlanetSide 2’s beta) was approved first pass and goes up either the week of the 13th or 20th (in January),"he said on Twitter.
No information regarding who will be allowed entry into the beta has
yet been confirmed. Smedley told those interested to expect to learn
more about it on January 5.
Players can sign up for the PlanetSide 2 beta via the official website.
“As much as it sounds like we’re blowing smoke, we’re working hard to
release a game that feels like a full-on console experience and not just
like a port,” creative director Matt Higby said in November. “So it’s taken us quite a long time to re-jigger our user interface and our controls. There’s a lot that needs to get done.”
PlanetSide 2 PlayStation 4 Closed Beta to Begin January 20… Codes will be sent out in order of when the user signed up for the Beta. Thats all the info that was released today.

remain free of the controlling and domineering Republic. They feel that
any form of control is oppression and that a miserable free man is
better off than a contented slave.
New Conglomerate tech tends to be straight forward, heavy-handed, well-armored, and hard hitting. Many of their Weapons tend to focus on maximum damage from single shots rather than rate of fire.

So im playing now. it’s fun but kinda boring without friends. like battlefield can be. I dunno who designed the flight controls but they are retched. servers are kinda empty… which is a bummer… only 2 wservers and both have low pops.
I like the game, and i like what it will be, but right now its pretty thin.
Still exclusive code. Guy in my clash of clans group had an extra. If I get another one ill post itv here. I saw somebody mention to sign up again. The system is screwed up cuz ppl I know who signed up after us have a code.

well yeah, this is Beta 2 with all 3 continents and some other shit, along with that it starts all over, so everyone needs a beta again. apparently if you already got a code you should recieve another one shortly.
