PUBG Mobile

I can’t believe no-one else has mentioned this yet.
I know most of GRG don’t touch mobile games and I’m usually the same, but this is PUBG…

Fair point.
Even @mnvikesfan managed 2nd.
Fucking suspicious if you ask me.

One major difference from the other versions is the presence of bots, apparently designed to help new players get to grips with the game. As you level up, the ratio of real players to bots increases, and it’s easy to tell the difference — the bots are pretty dumb and don’t put up much of a fight. This might be disappointing to hear for anyone who plays for the first time and is amazed by their own latent skill level, but it’s a clever way to ensure people have a good experience when they first play PUBG.

According to someone I know, PUBG Mobile is more performant than PUBG on the Xbox.

I saw this on the app store yesterday. I was thinking the controls would be a nightmare to use on a mobile platform, but then I read that they actually aren’t bad. I suppose everyone else is using them too.

May have to give it a go.

i am not much for shooters on mobile. Find the controls weird. I usually stick to the RPGs but might give it a shot cause its pubg.

Plus it’s FREE on Android (I think iOS too but I can’t check easily).

I’ve been playing it. It’s fun the controls take some getting used to.

It is free on iOS. I DLd it last night and got thru the main screen. Didn’t play tho. Will do that maybe tonight.

I’ve gotten multiple chicken dinners, but I here that the game has a high Bot count. This makes since because I suck. It is fun though. :face_with_raised_eyebrow::sunglasses:

Rumour that the ratio of real players : bots goes up over time.
So everyone starts off with easy matches then it will ramp up as you encounter more human players.

Rumor i have heard is that you play with Bots until you hit level 10.

Cant confirm as i only played till i won then I uninstalled.

How many games did you play (against bots) until you won?

I played three games.
