PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is getting a new update today that introduces a new weapon, Survivor Pass 3, Survival Title System Season 2, changes to loot balancing, and plenty of bug fixes. Accompanying the update is a new bundle available for a limited time on the Microsoft Store — the “Wild Card Pack”. This includes Survivor Pass 3: Wild Card and an exclusive skin set, and you can find details of the pack below:
PUBG - WILD CARD PACK
• This product is available for purchase for a limited time from May 28, 2019 (1:00AM PDT) to August 5, 2019 (1:00AM PDT). “PUBG - Wild Card Pack” includes Survivor Pass 3: Wild Card, and an exclusive skin set only available through the Wild Card Edition or Pack. The exclusive Ivory School Uniform skin set is aimed at female characters and includes a School Skirt, School Jacket, School Shirt with Necktie, and Sneakers (White). You’ll also get a head start on the new Survivor Pass 3: Wild Card, with five levels unlocked through purchasing the new bundle. The Survivor Pass includes more than 60 rewards to earn through new missions, including weapon skins, character cosmetics, XP, BP, G-Coins, BP boosts, and more. You can find more details on the Survivor Pass here, and if you don’t feel like purchasing the bundle, the pass is available from the in-game store for 1,000 G-Coin.
In addition to the “Wild Card Pack”, there’s also the “Supply Pack: Wild Card” bundle. This includes 1,600 G-Coin and another female skin set. The Blue School Uniform skin set includes the Pleated Mini-skirt (Blue), Mandarin Jacket (Blue), School Shirt (Open), and School Shoes. PUBG - SUPPLY PACK: WILD CARD
• BLUE SCHOOL UNIFORM SET (FEMALE) is a limited-time product available for purchase during the Wild Card season and can only be obtained through this Supply Pack. The update also brings along a new MP5K sub-machine gun that uses 9mm ammunition. The gun can only be found on the Vikendi map and will replace the Vector. In comparison to the latter weapon, the MP5K has a higher damage rate and magazine capacity, but a lower firing rate and DPS.
Survival Title System Season 2 has also begun and introduces a new rewards system. Players earn coupons by unlocking new titles, and these can be used alongside those received from Survivor Pass 3: Wild Card. Finally, Update #7 also balances a number of weapons across the game, increases loot spawn rates on the Erangel map, and makes a variety of other gameplay improvements and bug fixes. Maintenance for Update #7 is currently ongoing and is due to be completed at 4am PDT / 1pm CEST today, May 28th, at which point all of the above changes will be available. Survivor Pass 3: Wild Card will run until 5am UTC on August 6th. The “Wild Card Pack” is available from now until 1am PDT on August 5th. The “Supply Pack: Wild Card” bundle is also available for a limited time only, but there is no expiry date on this right now.
