According to Destructoid, Quantum Break will release on April 5th. Preorders on XB1 will also get the PC version of the game, and a copy of Alan Wake, which is getting an XB1 re-release.
that is pretty sweet that they are including the pc version with purchase of the XB1 game. this is on my buy list
