So admittedly the two times I’ve tried to play are not peak times, 3am and 2pm, but it’s a 5 minute wait to join a match. I do live in a bit of a rural area as well but never had these waits with D1. Anyone else experiencing the same?
Bungie announced early yesterday morning to expect queues.
Just wondering how many are even in PvP at the moment. You have to figure the majority are just logging in and starting their characters. Give it a week or so and PvP queues should pop faster than @Gunny’s cherry at the YMCA.
There are quite a few playing it from the streams I have glanced over.
Still queues?
I expected queues at launch to get into the game, not during matchmaking?
Queue may have been a bad word, just takes forever to find 8 Guardians to Crucible with. I did enjoy the two matches I got into for what that’s worth.
Leave my cherries out of it!
I gave up after 10 min of trying to find a pvp game
Eeshkk, this must be something they are going to address soon.
Matchmaking got easier for me last night as the evening drew on—but it was never as fast as Destiny 1 currently is.
It was much better today, 90% of the games were Survival but started quickly and played smoothly.
Give people a chance to bang out the Campaign. I bet PvP starts seeing a lot of action this weekend as people start the grind for top Light Level.
Patience. And if you’re lucky, I’ll teach you how to PvP in Destiny.
Haha, will have to take you up on that. I want that sweet, sweet Crucible loot though. Won’t get to play next week so trying to cram it all in now.
I played a couple matches today lobby took a minute but filled up now al the level 20s in there
I played some yesterday. The wait wasn’t bad. The pubs I had to play with sucked ass. 2 matches of Control I had 8 captures my teammates each had 1. PTFO.
