Thanks to @D1G1TALC1PHERS finding this article for me that I had lost while reading.
There are some really good insights in to current game publisher thinking in that article as well.
with the amount of Money that has been pumped into this game and the amount of people working on it i cant see how this is not a fully fleshed out game yet.
