Tactical RPG The Dwarves has been announced for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, with a full reveal coming at this year’s Gamescom. Players assume the role of Tungdil, a dwarf who grew up around humans. Throughout the story, Tungdil sets out to gather a group of up to 12 companions. Before each battle kicks off, the player picks up to four heroes to accompany them before being thrusted into a fight against hundreds of enemies at once.
The Dwarves is being developed by German studio King Art Games, and is based on the four-book Dwarves saga (Die Zwerge) by German author Markus Heitz. No release date has been set, or information regarding whether the game contains any dwarf tossing, but you can expect The Dwarves to release at some point in 2016.
