ASTRONEER Dedicated Server on Nitrado

I am thinking of paying for a dedicated server for Astroneer. I am waiting for an answer on the Nitrado forums if it will allow crossplay between Xbox and Windows / Steam. The only option for user base is 8 players. There has recently been an update to add Automation into the game and after reading the patch notes it looks pretty interesting. Put resources in one end and get refined materials and printed tech out of the other end with minimal managing, at least once it is setup.
