According to some random feed through FB, this link stating their may be a possible release of GTA 6 in 2020, and their plan is to create a map of the U.S. with heavy detail in the major cities.
I tried clicking on their source at the bottom, IBTimes, and the link wasn’t working for me.
Not sure how they’ll pull that off on consoles without having it be online, where you download sections as you travel to them. Even then, I’m not sure that will happen.
Could be like The Crew… not exactly no scale but somewhat similar to the us.
That is by-far the worst rendition of a U.S. map I’ve ever seen. Pretty sure Cruisin’ USA had a more realistic one, lmao!
Yes, but you can drive from one side to the other, no loading. Takes v about 45-60 minutes.
It was a fun game. Waiting for the expansion to go on sale.

I’ll take that leak with a grain of salt. I would rather they focus on one city and give more detailed interiors to a lot buldings. I highly doubt that the next game from Rockstar will be another GTA. I love the series but def expect something else before GTA6, more than likely the next Red Dead game which would be dope! Who knows we may even see the emergence of the not really talked about game “Agent” which was first announced in 2007. Here’s the wiki about it Agent Wiki, and the official Rockstar “coming soon” page thats been like that for years now Agent. I would love to see a Spy/Secret Agent type game with Rockstars “touch” to it. Heres hoping! Cheers!
I really wish they’d retool Vice City to current GTA standards.
theyve pretty much all but confirmed they are working on Red Dead, remember people, Rockstar has multiple studios. RS North makes the GTA games, and RS San Diego makes the Red Dead games. Then there are 5 other smaller studios that made games like Manhunt 2 and The Warriors, but mostly they do the porting and the GTA side story stuff like Chinatown wars.
I would like to see another Max Payne and Midnight Club.
HA glad to see somebody bring up Agent. since that game was canceled, Rock Star still owes Sony 1 exclusive game due to contract… well… i mean, that was what Agent was, then it was canceled… who knows if the deal is still in place and what not. Would love a game like that.
Huh, I had not heard anything about Agent being canceled. I don’t think it is since they renewed the trademark in 2013, but the fact that nothing has been said about it for, well, ever could mean otherwise. Who knows?
