Upcoming Dragon Bones DLC - ESO

ESO continues to pump out new content. Dragon Bones is currently on the Preview Server but is coming soon.

Update 17 will also release alongside Dragon Bones, and it includes a host of free improvements for all ESO players:

  • The Outfit System, allowing you to customize your look, regardless of your equipped gear
  • Two new Battlegrounds: Mor Khazgur and Deeping Drome (ESO: Morrowind required)
  • Two new Dungeons: Scalecaller Peak and Fang Lair
Home storage, giving you the opportunity to store items in your home
  • All-new Level Up system and Skills Advisor tool, helping you to advance your character with intuitive suggestions and tips, and helpful rewards

Dragon Bones features two challenging new dungeons that are sure to put your group to the test.

In Scalecaller Peak, the burial site of a long-dead Dragon Priest is now overrun with diseased cultists harboring an evil agenda: to unleash the deadliest plague Tamriel has ever known. You and your team must journey to Scalecaller Peak, battle your way through the cultists and their followers, and put an end to this threat.

Deep within the belly of Fang Lair, an ancient Dwarven ruin, a master of necromancy works a dark ritual in an effort to reanimate the bones of a once-living dragon. It’s up to you and your companions to enter the dungeon, face the necromancers, and stop the ritual before this undead monstrosity can be unleashed on Tamriel.

No more random builds? (@anon3687162 will hate this!)

Level Up Advisor and Skills Advisor

With Update 17, we’re introducing the new Level Up Advisor system and Skills Advisor tool. These new features help you make wiser, more engaging decisions about character advancement and provide you with suggestions on your character’s build and use of gameplay mechanics.

With the Level Up Advisor, every time one of your characters gains a level, you will receive gameplay tips and useful rewards. These rewards will include gold, crafting materials, and consumables, and certain key leveling milestones will even reward you with a new mount or a Crown Crate! With the Skills Advisor tool, you’ll also be able to get more information on the many options available for your character’s Skills, Abilities, and use of certain in-game mechanics. If you are new or unfamiliar with aspects of ESO’s advancement system, these two additions will help give you a better understanding of the choices available to you as you level up your characters.

A Purpose for Homes?

Home Storage

Since last year’s Homestead update, we’ve received a lot of requests from players who want to store items within their homes. We’re happy to announce that we’re introducing home storage with Update 17! This update will allow you to acquire unique collectibles that you can use to store items in your homes, freeing up valuable inventory and bank space. You’ll be able to acquire these new items in game or from the Crown Store.

@xxxNAILBUNNYxxx homes will finally have a use with storage.

I guess I’ll have to install eso on my one x now…

hahahahaha.

I was getting antsy and wanted to play an MMO again. Even for something to just relax and bang out quests. Re-Subbed so I can unlock the DLC which I’ll probably start working on during GRG off nights.

I’ve been thinking about picking this up again. I heard they made a bunch of changes to housing and gear. Might be worth checking out.

Lol…yeah I canceled eso plus when d2 released. I still haven’t finished the ep or dc storyline and I’m pretty sure I’m gonna struggle until I relearn the skill rotation but it could be a good filler once destiny dies.

Shows how he hates @CaptainPeeJ since he won’t join on PC.

@HarleyQuinzel here you go more ESO content to grind your little heart out

I gave up the thought of ever gaming with PJ a long time ago. I used to save a spot on my squad in BF1 EVERY NIGHT…

I canceled my ESO Plus and even uninstalled the game. Rage quit after a night of nothing but loading screens. Couldn’t even make it 15ft without loading. I’ll throw it in again soon and see what’s what

I didn’t have the issues you did. I think ESO just hates you, I can’t say I blame it.

Now I got the X and the game looks really good. And is playing really nice. I did notice how much the resources glowed prior to me re-upping my sub. Once I did they stopped glowing like mad. Fucking ESO.

Game looks hard to get setup…that said I think my goal to to get there this week

I am not sure I understand the problem. Install game… Play?

Base game is only 20 bucks, or 10 used from LameStop. So much content with that alone to keep you busy with.

I’m buying a new TV and then the X later this year. I’ve switched over to the S so I’ll see if that fixes any of my prior issues

If you have NAT issues whatsoever good luck connecting.

Been having a blast so far only with base content. Goin to sub soon as well.

Same as most of the above…Cancelled my ESO Sub so will have to re-sub.
Looks a good DLC, Always have a blast on ESO just seem to go to and from the game as other titles come out.
Couple of trials I still aint completed but ESO has much going on, Quest-wise and such…I get sidetracked near enough every time I play lol

Do we have a guild on xbox?

If I remember correctly Iv got a chara roughly 200 champion level maybe pushing 300, Its in the AD and on the EU server. Anyone who is going to start grinding some ESO be sure to let me know and ill jump in to help out if I can. Even for PVP, Trials or Vet pledges etc…Im your guy lol

Potentially will jump onto yhe NA server and start a build up seeing as most of you probabaly will be on that server.

I guess I mean play the base game and then make the sub-commitment
