Warzone Ghost Perk nerf
The Ghost Perk has been synonymous with Warzone gameplay since its launch in 2020 but it has now received its biggest change yet. The change was first seen as a feature of Vanguard’s Ghost Perk, and now it seems as though it has carried over to Warzone.
TrueGameData tested out the change in-game and confirmed that Ghost no longer hides players who are not moving. There’s no doubt that the majority of players will approve of the change, as it will likely prohibit excessive camping.
Thanks to WZ Ranked we know that as of March 28, Ghost is the second most used Perk in the second Perk slot. As most Warzone players know, it would likely be first if it weren’t for players opting for Overkill first then switching to Ghost.
This secret change to Ghost may result in a massive shift to Perk two popularity. Whether the devs intended this change or not remains to be seen, but we’ll provide an update once they make an official announcement.
Warzone Quick Fix Perk buff
We now move to the first Perk slot as JGOD revealed Quick Fix was on the receiving end of a significant buff. A new in-game description under Quick Fix states that “killing players and inserting plates immediately starts health regeneration.”
The fact that inserting plates immediately after a kill starts health regeneration means that players will be reaching full health faster. The video above clearly shows the difference between the old and new version of Quick Fix.
Warzone Restock Perk buff
JGOD didn’t stop there as the Warzone expert also revealed a buff to Restock. Restock is in the second Perk slot and it is meant to recharge equipment after use. Previously the recharge time for Warzone was 50 seconds however the buff has reduced the time to 25 seconds.
Unfortunately for Stim users, this change to 25 seconds applies to all equipment except for the Stim. This distinction is likely to prevent the Stim from becoming overpowered.
