In October, Microsoft announced a host of features that would be coming to the Xbox One as part of the Creators Update. This week, some of those features will be making their way onto a console near you:
- Players will be able to stream to Beam from both Xbox One and Windows 10.
- Game Mode allows players to optimise Windows 10 for increased gaming performance.
- A new Xbox One Guide overlaid on the left side of the screen with functionality for the Game DVR, achievement tracking, Gamerscore Leaderboard, a new Cortana design, and controls for background music
- Updates to the Activity Feed, improvements to Clubs and the Looking For Group (LFG) function, such as better moderator tools and the ability to share LFG posts in your feed
- New tournaments in Arena on Xbox Live
