this game is fun and does revolve around having a solid team. totally psyched about this.
I’ll give it a shot. Looked pretty cool from what I saw of it when Grex (I think it was Grex anyway) was playing it while testing Twitch.
I wonder if this game will be free and supported via in game purchases. Just like the PC version.
I am pretty sure that is how it is going to be.

Saw this on reddit the other day and signed up. I hope they have the god pack for this like they did for PC.

It’s a MOBA (Multiplayer online battle arena) but done in a third person view. You control a guy like it was WoW or GW2 but play as a standard MOBO (LoL or DoTA 2).

Hi-Rez Studios Free-to-Play MOBA, SMITE isn’t due on the Xbox One until later this year, but its PC launch has been a qualified success. As one of the top three games in the MOBA world, it has over six million players and will soon be enticing top end players with the SMITE World Championship where over two million dollars in prizes are up for grabs.
While that’s all fine and good, you’re probably here to take a look at the new cinematic trailer for the game as well as some screen grabs from it.
SMITE is set for a release on the Xbox One “soon”.

Smite PC Progress Will Transfer to Xbox One Version
In an interview with IGN, Hi-Rez Studios Chief Operating Officer,
Todd Harris, said they’re working with Microsoft make a one-time “carry
over” possible. It’s only confirmed for certain regions at the moment,
and more details are coming. Check out Harris’ quote below:
“The answer [to your question about having to repurchase
content] may vary by territory. Within North America and Europe – the
markets we self publish in – we are going to work with Microsoft to
have some path for previous playtime and purchases to carry over on a
one-time basis. Players can opt in on that. More details are to be
determined, but they will not be starting from scratch.”
Nice. That is very cool. Even though I havent really maxed many gods out and I am only on using the free gods
figured some of you guys would like that
I think my kids bought a few or bought the mega god pack, so they’ll be happy to hear this.

Sweet. That looks just like the PC version and they have some of the newer gods too.
yep, thats something i could play. similar to monday night combat kinda… thing i hate about most mobas is the click fest… hate LOL. feel like i dont have control over my character.
