Warframe also has their own xur. His name is baro ki’teer. He shows up every two weeks at one of the relays in the system. Which is another reason to unlock your planets so you can make sure he doesn’t pop up at a planet you haven’t unlocked yet.
At each of the relays in the concourse there is a console where you can sell prime blueprints you have earned from good fissure missions for ducats. This is the currency used by baro ki’teer. He sells special weapons and mods that are rare. He even sells primed mods like prime flow, prime continuity, etc. If you try to trade for these mods in the player market the trade taxes is 1 million credits. So it is easier to get them from ki’teer.
And yes you can trade stuff off and wheel and deal for plat in the player market and you can come across alot of good deals from people who farm the missions.
Some mods can only be gotten from nightmare missions. Which have different situations like low gravity, no shields, vampire mode,etc. These are nightmare mods. This is where having certain builds and certain warframes comes in. It is good to have atleast three or four go to warframes. Each set for different situations.
I have 5 working on a sixth. Nidus,Harrow, Titania, Frost, Ivara, and Loki.
And there is much more but there is a small scratch on the surface
Honestly, this game keeps getting deeper and deeper for me. My kid just showed me how to upgrade mods and now I have a whole new level to for making my character stronger. At the moment I’m grinding out credits and Endo to continue to upgrade mods. A new grind begins.
